I had an online meeting time just about 30 minutes after my request. Doctor O was very caring, understood the problem fast and provided the solution. I am pleasantly surprised by the fast and efficient way to get medical help. The only problem I had was based on the platform itself. I could not turn on my phone camera even when using Google Chrome browser (as recommended). But fortunately it worked when I switched to desktop mode.
